SHIPPING & DELIVERY Please make sure to carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in delayed delivery, or returned packages. In the event of the package being returned to Hemporas Closet due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, the package will not be reshipped until a 15% restocking and shipping fee is payed by the customer.
All delivery's will be shipped out USPS with in 3 business days of receiving order
package will be tracked via tracking number and emailed to recipitent
Missing items
Items that arrive damaged, missing or incorrect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a pictures of the packing slip as well as items received. Once your claim has been submitted for review and approval, we will further assist you in correcting the issue.
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted on unopened, unused products. Once it is received and verified unopened and untampered with, a refund may be issued for that item after a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
10-day return policy The item must be undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days of the notification that the item will be returned.
